Chair Yoga by Vicky Harkin for Croí

The benefits of yoga for cardiovascular and mental health are well established. Research shows that yoga can help reduce blood pressure, alleviate symptoms of stress and control heart rate.

Croí delivers a 6 week rolling programme taught by Laragh's Mum Vicky Harkin for a number of years. These classes are according to Vicky's students "the highlight of their week."

As many of the students at Croí are in the higher risk category for Covid-19 all classes are cancelled, Vicky's wonderful community have to stay at home as much as possible. As a result, Vicky has recorded this easily accessible class for her students and of course please feel free to share with friends and family.
