Beginners
New to yoga or haven't done any yoga for a while, suitable for those who are reasonably fit as this style of Yoga is challenging!
All Levels (formerly known as beginners 2)
Follow on from beginners, its for those who have been doing beginners for a while and want to move on.
Beginners can also do this class providing they are doing at least two classes a week.
Intermediate
More advanced and intricate postures are offered which require increased levles of flexibility, strength, stamina and balance to perform.
This class is not suitable for those new to yoga regardless of physical fitness or strength.
Pregnancy Yoga
Mums to be, 12 weeks pregnant or later.
Gentle Vinyasa
Aimed for those seeking a gentle introduction to yoga. Particularly beneficial for those who want yoga to create better movement and wellbeing in their fifties, perhaps with no real recent history of movement, this is the ideal class to get the body moving again. This is a new style to Galway so please spread the word about it, it's taugh by Laraghs Mum Vicky.
Gentle Yoga
Class designed for relaxation, helps with circulation and movement, most of the class is done on a chair.
